Our Story
Valenti Ventures began long before we hosted our first guest.
For years, we worked as contractors throughout Western North Carolina—driving from job sites to temporary stays that were rarely comfortable, rarely predictable, and almost never designed for people who were living and working on the road.
We saw the same challenges again and again:
• Housing that was too short-term or too expensive
• Places that didn’t feel clean, quiet, or welcoming after long workdays
• Stays that lacked the flexibility companies needed for their teams
• Homes that didn’t support rest, wellness, or a sense of belonging
So we decided to build the solution we always wished we had.
We took everything we knew—construction, quality craftsmanship, customer care, and the realities of traveling for work—and created stays that deliver the things contractors, relocation clients, traveling medical professionals, and families truly need: flexible leases, reliable comfort, intentional design, and a space that simply feels good to come home to.
Today, Valenti Ventures provides fully furnished mid-term rentals across Brevard, NC designed for the people who keep our communities moving.
